2. Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that must include the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chhattisgarh, India, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Skill Matrix will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights when appropriate.

Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal consequences. Please ensure that your claim is genuine and that you understand the implications of filing a fraudulent or inaccurate notice.
