Product Delete Policy

At Skill Matrix, we take the integrity and management of our digital products and services seriously. This Product Delete Policy outlines the conditions under which a digital product or service listing may be deleted from our platform or requested to be removed.

1. Deletion by Admin / Platform

We reserve the right to delete any digital product, service listing, or project file under the following conditions:

• Violation of Copyright or Intellectual Property
  If a product is found to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or violates another party’s intellectual property rights.
• Malicious or Harmful Content
  Products that contain malware, harmful scripts, or unauthorized code will be immediately removed.
• False or Misleading Information
  Any product with false advertising, fake promises, or misleading descriptions may be deleted without prior notice.
• Inactive or Outdated Products
  Products that are no longer supported, frequently reported for bugs, or outdated may be archived or deleted.
• Policy Violation
  Products violating our Refund, DMCA, Privacy, or Terms of Service policies.

2. Deletion by Seller / Creator

Creators or developers may request the deletion of their own product from our platform under the following terms:

• A formal written request must be submitted to our support team via email.
• The request must include:
  • Product name
  • Date of upload
  • Reason for deletion
  • Legal confirmation that the requester owns the product

Once verified, the product will be removed within 5-7 working days.

3. Deletion by Customer Request

Customers may request the removal of a purchased product from their own download account for privacy or security reasons. Please note:

• This does not cancel your order or entitle you to a refund.
• Once deleted from your account, it cannot be restored.
• Proof of purchase and identity verification may be required.

4. Permanent Deletion Policy

Once a product is deleted:

• It is permanently removed from the platform and not accessible for future downloads.
• Backup copies may remain in system logs for up to 30 days for compliance and security purposes.
• If part of a bundled offer or course, deletion may affect access to related material.

5. Legal & Compliance Note

We comply with Indian laws and international intellectual property regulations. Any legal takedown request must be addressed with valid documents or court orders, and we will act accordingly.
