1. Digital Products (E-books, Courses, Templates, Software, etc.)

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a product is downloaded or accessed. All sales are final. However, refunds may be considered in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate purchase (accidental payment made twice).
  • Product not delivered/access link not received (within 48 hours of purchase).
  • Technical error from our end that makes the product completely unusable and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.

⚠️ To request a refund (if eligible):
Send an email to skillmatrix24@gmail.com within 3 days of purchase with your order ID and a clear explanation of the issue.

Replacement Policy

We offer a free replacement or reissue if:

  • The product file is corrupted or not accessible.
  • You received the wrong product version or link.

Replacements will be issued within 24–48 hours of verifying the issue.

2. Web Development & Design Services

Refund Policy

Since web development involves custom work and resources, we follow this structured refund policy:

  • Before Work Begins:
    100% refund if the project is cancelled before we start.
  • After Work Begins:
    • If less than 30% of work is completed: 70% refund.
    • If 30-70% work completed: 30% refund.
    • If more than 70% of work is completed: No refund.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • Project delays are due to client-side issues (late response, delay in content, etc.).
  • Client changes scope after work has begun.
  • The website/project is live or delivered successfully.

Replacement/Revision Policy

We offer 3 free revisions for all custom development projects within the project scope.

Additional revisions or changes beyond the original scope will be chargeable.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Products: No cancellations after payment.
  • Web Services: Cancellations must be requested in writing (email or WhatsApp) before development starts.
