We do not provide commercial license keys for auto-updates. Products will function on unlimited domains without needing license keys.

2. Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, purchased digital products will be available in your account’s Downloads section within 10–15 minutes.
All purchases include 1 month of free access to product downloads and updates.

3. Payment & Subscription Terms

By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay Skill Matrix the specified amount (one-time or recurring).
Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for any renewal. You may cancel anytime in writing or via support request.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

We strive for full customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

If a plugin or theme does not function correctly and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days, you may request a refund or replacement.
Refunds are issued only after troubleshooting steps are followed, including submitting a screenshot or video proof and allowing remote assistance via TeamViewer or AnyDesk if needed.
No refund will be provided once the product has been downloaded and is confirmed to be working.

5. Support Policy

Free updates are included for 1 year from the purchase date.
After this period, products will be removed from your download section. Please back up your files before expiration.
Continued access to new versions may require repurchasing the product.
